I saw this postcard upon numerous billboards in Missouri, three of which were in the Kansas City area. One above The Vulcan’s Forge in 3900 block of Broadway, one on 24 hiway at Myrtle and another in Raytown on 350 hiway near Gregory.
There were more Art The Vote billboards by other artists, but this one was, in my humble opinion, stood out above the rest and quite creatively made a quick and clear statement of purpose, which after all is what sucessful advertising is all about.
