Piccadilly Circus, London: There’s an old saying that if you stand in Piccadilly Circus for long enough, you’ll see the whole world pass before you. If you stand there for 10 minutes you’ll soon understand what it is that makes London famous throughout the world. At night, theatre-land awakes, heraled by many thousands of bright lights.

Piccadilly Circus has sure changed since 1975. It’s great to see what it looked like back then!

A great image, and it’s actually suprising that the amount of advertsing has actually decreased since then. As iconic as it is i would still love to see the circus without the sanyo/coke/tdk screens. there is enought to appreciate in the buildings and sculpture.
